Ordering

We are sorry that the internet store of Muksuaitta is at the moment only in Finnish language. We are working for the sites in english. Meanwhile please email us any questions that you might have on our products and we will translate that information to you.

Delivery charges

Delivery costs are based on actual shipping charges that Finnish post office charges from us in sending package to a destination country. We are not charging any extra delivery/handling costs and you only pay for actual shipping costs. E-mail us if you would like a quote on delivery costs before ordering. 

Payment method

On international orders we accept only advance payment (wire transfer) as payment method. That means that international orders are not shipped before payment has arrived to our bank acoount. We are able to give you all the information that you need in order to make international wire transfer to our bank account, so that will not be a problem.

Please note that Muksuaitta is not responsible on any extra fees like for example custom fees or bank fees that might have to be paid in customer's country.
